All of our cakes are made with the finest ingredients and baked fresh in our kitchen. We never freeze our cakes to ensure they taste as delicious as they look.
Our round cakes are made up of 4 layers of sponge with 3 layers of buttercream filling. Each tier height is approximately 5"- 6" but can be made taller on request.
Each cake is coated in a layer of white or dark chocolate ganache before being covered in fondant. This can be changed to buttercream on request.
